As we known, S.M. Entertainment is first company that responsible of TVXQ's debut in Korea. SME is very important in TVXQ 1st debut!!! SME is founded by Lee Soo Man
In Japan, TVXQ is responsibled by Avex Group. The original means of AVEX is Audio Visual Expert. Avex was Japan's leading dance record company during the nineties, and continues producing and recording some of Japan's most famous J-pop singers. Avex Trax also provides theme music soundtracks to many anime and a few video games.
But TVXQ is sheltered by one of AVEX sub label. It's Rrhythm Zone. Koda Kumi is sheltered in this label too. Avex is a big company in Japan and Johny's Entertainment is their rival
Opinion : I think, if U quest me "what is Ur choise? SME or AVEX?" Honestly, I will chose Avex Group!!! It because Since I was in the elementary school, I always proud of AVEX's singer as Hamazaki Ayumi and Amuro Nami^^
